The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the volumes of the special agricultural land fund for the cultivation of vegetables, melons and grounds, potatoes, grapes and fruits to joint-stock companies of Turkmenistan, peasant associations, other legal entities and citizens. In accordance with the document, the land plots from the above fund shall be allocated to producers for a period of up to 99 years for the production of vegetables, melons and grounds, potatoes, grapes and fruits with scientifically grounded crop rotation. The State Committee of Turkmenistan for Environmental Protection and Land Resources together with the Velayat Hyakimliks shall register the acts on the land plot allocation to the agricultural producers for long-term use in compliance with the law.
