The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the hyakims of Balkan, Dashoguz and Lebap velayats signing the contracts with local entrepreneurs for project design and construction of «Türkmeniň ak öýi» buildings for 3,000 seats in Balkanabat, Dashoguz and Turkmenabat with the provision of modern equipment, planning of adjoining territory as well as buildings for public ceremonies for 3,000 people, construction of relative infrastructure including roads, external engineering and communication systems, electrical, gas, water and sewage lines. The document assigns to start the construction in December 2018 and put the facilities into operation in June 2021.
