President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, which declares December 31, 2018 as a non-working day for celebration of New Year and good rest of the population of Turkmenistan. All establishments, facilities and organizations of all forms of ownership are assigned to provide the fulfilment of the Decree.
