The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having prescribed the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, to reorganize the Ashgabat Telephone Network in the prescribed manner into the “Aşgabat Şäher Telefon Ulgamy” Closed Corporation (“Ashgabat Telephone Network”) by changing its organizational and legal status. The document authorizes the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and the “Türkmentelekom” State Telecommunications Company of the Ministry to participate as promoters in establishing the within-said Closed Corporation with 30-percent and 60-percent authorized capital shares respectively. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing ministries, sectoral departments and the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city to make contracts with local building enterprises for designing and constructing (neighborhoods improvement inclusive) modern buildings and facilities, as well as roads in Seidi and Mollanepes Streets, Ashgabat city. The projects implementation terms are May 2015 – December 2016. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the khyakimlik of Mary velayat to make a contract with the consortium of economic societies –“Dolama” and “Aly bina gurluşyk”, as well as private enterprises –“Başlar” and “Ynamly hereket” for designing and constructing (neighborhoods improvement inclusive) a 3000-seat “Türkmeniň ak öýi” building, a children’s entertainment complex, and a parking lot in the city of Mary. The projects implementation terms are April 2015 – November 2015. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex to make a contract with the consortium of South Korean companies –“LG International Corp.” and “Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd.” for designing and constructing (ready for operation) a diesel fuel hydrotreating facility, a gasoline desulfurization unit, delayed coking and catalytic cracking units, producing hydrogen. The projects are to be completed within three and a half years. By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the unsatisfactory execution of formal duties and shortcomings in the work, deputy khyakim of Balkan velayat Derya Dovletmyradovich Ataev was given a severe reprimand. By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties, and shortcomings in the work, Chairman of the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan Amandurdy Bekdurdyevich Ishanov was severely reprimanded.
