President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent sincere condolences to President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in relations with human victims and destructions caused by the flood in Irkutsk Region.
