The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the State Food Industry Association of Turkmenistan to conclude the contracts with the relevant local private enterprises for designing and building one modern refrigerating warehouse in either of velayats and the city of Ashgabat. The project implementation terms are June 2015- June, 2016. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the State Concern “Turkmengaz” to conclude the contract with the Concern “Turkmennebitgazgurlushyk” for designing and building (neighborhoods improvement inclusive) a Training Education Center in the Archabil Avenue and a hostel in Ashgabat city’s 8th micro-district. The project implementation terms are May 2015- December 2016. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having instructed the Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan to: organize the work on preparing the draft State Budget of Turkmenistan and basic socioeconomic development trends of Turkmenistan, as well as Turkmenistan’s investment program for 2016 and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan till November 1, 2015; till June 1, 2015 – to circulate the calculation forms and methodological instructions to the ministries, sectoral departments, velayat and Ashgabat city khyakimliks for drawing up the within-said documents. According to the Resolution, to prepare the above-stated draft documents, the Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan is instructed to create together with the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan a work group of specialists and organize its effective work.
