The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on 10-percent increase of: the rate of wages and salaries of workers of the budgetary institutions and organizations, self-financing enterprises and social organizations; the rate of pensions and social allowances, scholarships of students and trainees. The Resolution approves also the Action Plan 2016-2020 for realizing the within-said State Program. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations of Auditing Practices Licensing. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to create in the prescribed manner the following establishments under its authority: The budget-funded 600-seat Mother-and-Child Healthcare Research-Clinical Center in Ashgabat city providing paid services; The budget-funded and self-sustained International Training-Research Centre in Ashgabat; The budget-funded 120-seat Specialized Rehabilitation Centre in Akhal velayat providing paid services. The document also instructs to create in the prescribed manner under the Turkmen State Medical University a 275-seat budget-funded Mother-and-Child Healthcare Training-Research Centre providing paid services. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on approving the membership of the State Admission Commission on qualifying the school graduates for the higher and secondary professional educational schools of Turkmenistan in 2015. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on approving the Enrolment Plan-2015 for admitting school graduates in the higher and secondary professional education schools of Turkmenistan. Higher and secondary professional educational schools of Turkmenistan have been assigned to organize the admission campaign throughout July 11-August 26, 2015 at the places of location of higher and secondary professional education institutions. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on approving: The enrolment plan for 2015-2016 academic year of the two-year retraining courses of the Government Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan intended for the governmental officers; The enrolment plan for 2015-2016 academic year of the five-month training courses of the Government Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan intended for the governmental officers; The enrolment plan for 2015-2016 academic year of the two-month training courses of the Government Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan intended for the officers of executive power and local governance; The Procedure of organizing the admission exams to the training courses of the Government Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2015-2016 academic year;
