The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On celebrating “Oraza Bairamy” – the national holiday of Turkmen people, on July18, 2015, and on announcing July 18 as nonworking day. *** The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Ukase “On pardoning convicted persons in honor of the sacred Gadyrgijesi”, who are eligible for early release from serving primary sentence and additional punishment. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the State Program “Saglyk” of the President of Turkmenistan and the National Plan for realization of the within-said State Program for 2015-2017. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to represent the Turkmen side in signing “Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) for ensuring purchasing services”. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations of the International Medical Centers’ Directorate. The document also assigns the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan in association with Adalat Ministry within one-month time space to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the Resolution-related proposals on introducing changes and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to make a contract with the Turkish company «GapInşaat, ÝatirimveDiş TicaretA.Ş.» for designing and constructing of the 300-seat Surgery and Endocrinology International Centre in the Ataturk Street, Ashgabat city. The contract’s terms include also provision of the Centre with modern medical equipment, spare parts and expendable materials, training of the personnel, and neighborhoods improvement. The project implementation terms are July 2015- July 2017. *** By the Order of President of Turkmenistan, Turkmen delegation was sent on a business trip to New Delhi (Republic of India) on July 21, 2015 to hold the talks on the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India gas pipeline construction project. *** In pursuance of the Order of President of Turkmenistan, Turkmen delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B. Hojamuhammedov is sent on a business trip (July 15-17, 2015) to Tokyo (Japan) to promote strengthening of the by-now established relationships and discuss new trends of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan. *** In pursuance of the Order of President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R. Meredov is sent on a business trip (July 16-18, 2015) to Paris (France) to participate in the political consultations between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and the French Republic, as well as to hold meetings with heads of international organizations located in Paris.
