“I congratulate you on the victory in the competition “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry” and conferral of the honorary titles”, says the President of Turkmenistan, addressing the workers of culture and arts, as well as the winners of the competition. The President of Turkmenistan emphasized that the historical reforms, taken place in the country, and the scale of the ongoing works proved the high level of development of the country. “All our achievements are predetermined by the scientifically grounded state programmes, implemented in our country. Digital systems are introduced in all sectors of the national economy that helps to improve the social and living conditions of the people of the country. The significant achievements of the current year, the motto of which is “Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Prosperity”, cause the feelings of joy and pride among our compatriots, including the workers of culture and arts. “Paramount importance is paid to the fundamental modernization of the national culture, art, literature and significant improvement of living conditions of the workers of culture and arts. The government invests huge amounts of money in the construction of cultural facilities in modern cities, villages and settlements. Comprehensive measures taken by the country are aimed at improving the large-scale activities in this area, widely popularizing the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, their spiritual and moral values. “State awards and honorary titles are awarded cultural figures and masters of art, whose works are distinguished by novelty and depth of content. To motivate them for creativity and popularize the national culture all around the world, we regularly organize competitions to reveal talented young people. The work in this direction will continue in the future”, the Turkmen leader emphasized. “The decisions to be adopted during the next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan that will be held on the eve of the Independence Day will ensure the further prosperity of our country, increasing the welfare and standard of living of the people. I am sure that they will influence the work of the figures in the areas of culture, arts and literature”, emphasized the President of Turkmenistan in his address.
