President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree: 1. On the establishment of the Constitutional Commission for the development and generalization of proposals on amending the Constitution of Turkmenistan. 2. The Constitutional Commission, referred to in the first part of this Decree, is authorized to develop and submit proposals in accordance with the established procedure on amending the Constitution of Turkmenistan.
