By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan Muhammetnyyaz Badyevich Mashalov is conferred on a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. *** By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan a day off – March 22, 2015 was moved to March 23, 2015 on the occasion of the National Spring Holiday. The document assigned all institutions, enterprises and organizations irrespective of their form of ownership to ensure the execution of this Ukase. *** The Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan prescribed: to transfer servicemen, doing compulsory military service, to the reserve of the Armed Forces and other troops (upon expiration of term of service) in April-June 2015; to draft into military service citizens of Turkmenistan – men, who have reached the age of 18 and are not subject to draft deferments, as well as older citizens, who have lost the right to draft deferments, in April-June 2015. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the 2015-2020 State Program of the state youth policy of Turkmenistan. The document assigned the relevant ministries, sectoral agencies, and khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city to develop and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft plan of activities on realization of the 2015-2020 State Program of the state youth policy of Turkmenistan until July 1, 2015. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, the State Food Industry Association of Turkmenistan, khyakimliks of Balkan and Mary velayats to ensure the production of rich harvest of sugar beet in daikhan associations of Balkan and Mary velayats with the establishment of scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agrotechnical standards.
