The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on assigning khyakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps, the Central Council of the War Veterans Organization of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the War of 1941-1945, in the solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, to present money gifts (200 manats) and valuable presents to war veterans, as well as widows of the soldiers, who lost their lives in the war. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, the “Turkmengallaonumleri” State Association, khyakimliks of Dashoguz and Lebap velayats to ensure the production of rich harvest of rice with the application of scientifically based crop rotation in compliance with agrotechnical standards in daikhan associations in Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi etrap, Dashoguz velayat, as well as Garashsyzlyk, Serdarabat, Sayat, Karabekaul and Halach etraps of Lebap velayat. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and the “Turkmentelekom” State Telecommunications Company to participate as promoters in establishing the “Turkmen Hemrasy” Closed Corporation with 99-percent and 0.5-percent authorized capital shares respectively. The document assigns the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan to ensure state registration of the “Turkmen Hemrasy” Closed Corporation in accordance with the established procedure. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan Director of the State Agency for Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources under the President of Turkmenistan Ya. Kakaev will go on a business trip to Brussels (Belgium) on April 21-23, 2015 to participate in a regular international expert meeting on the issues of reliable and stable transit of energy resources.
