The “Turkmenhovayollary” State National Service is assigned to conduct the necessary work on establishing in the prescribed manner a joint stock company by reorganizing and changing the legal organizational form of the “Turkmenistan” air transport enterprise. The document also instructs the “Turkmenhovayollary” State National Service together with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan to prepare and submit for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the proposals on introducing the Resolution-associated amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan to make contracts with “Huawei Technologies Co., Limited” (The People’s Republic of China) and “Coriant GmbH” (The Federal Republic of Germany) for purchasing and installing communication equipment for increasing the throughput capacity of fiber-optic lines in the territory of Turkmenistan, providing high-speed Internet connection, and upgrading our country’s optic transmission systems. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the “Turkmenenergo” State Electric Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan to make a contract with “Çalik Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş.” (Turkey) for designing and constructing a 254-MW gas turbine power station (neighborhoods improvement inclusive), external systems, and gas and water supply facilities in the Beiik Turkmenbashi etrap, Lebap velayat.
