The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having prescribed to ceremoniously celebrate on August 12, 2015 the Caspian Sea Day in the National Tourist Zone «Avaza»; in the frames of the event - to hold the scientific practical conference, sports and culture events , competition of photographers, as well as the contest of decorative and applied art among the children. In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Nature Protection of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, State Enterprise for Caspian Sea Affairs under the President of Turkmenistan of Turkmenistan, khyakimlik of Balkan velayat were assigned to ensure organization and holding of the within-said events at a higher and better level in terms of organization and content. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having prescribed to the State Association “Turkmengallaonumleri” together with velayats’ khyakimliks, guided by the contracts made with daikhan associations, agricultural enterprises, tenants and land owners, - to plant wheat to the allocated land area and provide production of the 2016-crop of wheat in the amounts designated. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Action Plan for implementing the 2015-2020 State Program of the state youth policy in Turkmenistan. According to the document, the relevant ministries, sectoral departments, and khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city are obliged to promote implementation of the within-said Plan. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the State Program of the Natural and Exact Sciences Development in Turkmenistan, as well as the Action Plan for implementing the Resolution. According to the document, the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, the ministries and sectoral departments concerned are instructed to ensure the implementation of the above-stated State Program. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Program of Intellectual Property System Development in Turkmenistan for 2015-2020. According to the document, the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and other relevant ministries and sectoral departments are instructed to ensure realization of the Program-associated measures. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Turkmen side’s membership in the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission for economic cooperation. The Turkmen party will be led by the Cabinet Deputy Chairman for building, energy and municipal services. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Turkmen side’s membership in the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission for the trade, economic, scientific, technological and humanitarian cooperation.
