In order to improve the procedures for selling the products of the trading complex of Turkmenistan to foreign countries through exchange transactions, increasing the export of goods and strengthening control over it, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the Procedures for holding relevant exchange transactions. In accordance with the document, the Commission and its membership were established to control the sale of commercial products of the Turkmenistan trading complex to foreign countries. The ministries and sectoral departments of the trade complex, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange jointly with the Ministry of Justice are instructed to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on amending the legislation of Turkmenistan within a month within one month.
