The heads and employees of the State Committee on Statistics of Turkmenistan, specialists from other departments involved in the process of developing the national database of Sustainable Development Goals took part in the webinar ""Building reliable data ecosystems to achieve the SDGs."" The event was organized by the United Nations Development Program and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. The aim of the workshop is to discuss the importance of national data and metadata platforms on SDGs, as well as present best practices of the countries that have developed national platforms. According to international experts, Turkmenistan is a world leader in terms of adapting the Sustainable Development Goals to national conditions, successfully implementing relevant measures.
