The President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing Türkmennebit (Turkmenoil) State Concern to conclude an additional services agreement (in compliance with applicable laws and regulations) to the contract with Tatneft Public Joint-Stock Company, the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) for the provision of production enhancement services for oil wells in the Goturdepe oil-and-gas field in accordance with the Presidential Resolution No. 11189 dated July 30, 2010 “On the provision of special services by Türkmennebit State Concern”. The agreement stipulates the provision of the services and the extension of the terms of the contract for a period of eight years.
