I wish big success to the work of the forum, which is dedicated to permanent neutrality, a guarantee of peace and prosperity of the Motherland! Big exhibition and events under its framework, which are organized this year under slogan “Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality”, indicate huge support of the initiatives of neutral Turkmenistan, which are aimed at provision of prosperity of the states in the region and in the world, by the world community. Our country has confidently occupied the place among steadily developing states, which is indicated by the growth of its international authority, huge success achieved in national economy and social sphere in the result of peaceful creative work based on advanced technologies. Dear fellow countrymen! Neutral Turkmenistan is a continuation of primordial national traditions of Turkmen people, a solid foundation of the statehood, a reliable guarantee of our peaceful and happy life. For 25 years of neutral development, our sovereign state has achieved a big success in the partnership with competent international organizations, especially with the United Nations. The election of Turkmenistan as a member of Executive Committees of the UN important structures, the adoption of historical UN Resolution on declaration of December 12 as International Neutrality Day as well as the Resolution declaration of 2021 as International Year of Peace and Trust by the initiative of Turkmen side prove the truth of the way of wide cooperation in solution of current modern issues, which was chosen by our country. These documents, which are in line with the course of peaceful foreign policy of Turkmenistan toward the provision of security and sustainable development, enhance the role and authority of our independent neutral state as a reliable partner of the United Nations Organization. Dear participants of the exhibition! Dear friends! Peace-loving and creative foreign and home policy of the state, our great achievements in the interests of the country, people and entire humankind, successful international projects, fundamental reforms serves to a high goal, to comprehensive dynamic development of independent neutral Turkmenistan, steadfast improvement of life level of Turkmenistan citizens in the epoch of might and happiness. We have reached high levels in priority directions of the government policy for glorious 25 years. It includes innovative development and strengthening of national economy, steadfast improvement of the level of social protection of the population, consolidation of place of the country in global economic space. Large-scale construction has been expanded, modern facilities making high-quality, eco-friendly, competitive production, which is on high demand in foreign markets, are put into operation in the result of successful fulfilment of the Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025. All of these results in consolidation of national economy and enhancement of social and life level of the nation. International exhibition, which is opened on this day, will work for 12 days and will become a reflection of success and achievements of national economy of sovereign Turkmenistan, which marks 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality. The forum will reflect the activity of the state in formation of physical fit and spiritually developed, educated younger generation.
