In accordance with the ""Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025"", in order to successfully implement the tasks set for the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as to ensure the safety and smooth operation of technological facilities of the complex, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries to conclude a contract with the company ""INVEST Enterprises Limited"" of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong) and the private enterprise ""Azap"" for the reconstruction of two main power plants within 18 months at the expenses of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.
