“I would like to congratulate all people in Japan and all around the world, who celebrate the holiday of Novruz.

“Due to the spread of a new type of coronavirus infection around the world, it has become difficult for people to organize international exchanges, including cross-border movements, but after a harsh winter, a warm spring and a new day always come. The Government of Japan expresses its willingness to work with you to overcome these difficulties and further intensify dialogue with each country.
“On the occasion of Novruz, I would like to express my firm intention to cooperate with you to overcome the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection as soon as possible, and wish you good health, happiness and prosperity”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan said in his message.
