Governor of Astrakhan Region, Russian Federation Igor Babushkin has sent a cable to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov extending gratitude for help rendered by Turkmenistan to the region in combating coronavirus infection.

“Your decision to send free high-quality Turkmen goods to Astrakhan Region is undisputable indication of friendly and goodwill relations between Russia and Turkmenistan.

Delivered medical supplies as well as food production will be sent to medical facilities of our regions, which deal with treatment of the COVID-19 patients.
