In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to implement the tasks set by the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Intergovernmental Commission on Water Management Issues, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Commission for the Turkmen side.

In order to further improve the activities of the "Türkmengaz" State Concern, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the structure of the central office of the "Türkmengaz" State Concern.

In order to further improve the activities of the "Türkmennebit" State Concern, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the structure of the central office of the "Türkmennebit" State Concern.

In order to further improve the activities of the "Türkmengeologiýa" State Corporation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the structure of the central office of the "Türkmengeologiýa" State Corporation.

In order to further improve the activities of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the structure of the administrative apparatus of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

In order to stimulate domestic producers, increase the supply of raw materials for manufacturing enterprises, as well as regulate trade turnover, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, establishing the customs tariff rates for the export of paper waste and finished printed products.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy, the State Customs Service, together with the Ministry of Justice, were instructed to draft and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.

The decree comes into force on August 1, 2021.

In order to improve the activities of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Regulations on the Agency and the structure of its central office.

In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Finance and Economy was instructed to amend the 2021 State Budget.
