The head of state signed a Decree on pardoning convicts

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted individuals on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan».

Also, being committed to the principles of peace and good neighborliness bequeathed by our great ancestors, guided by their ideals of mercy and humanism, doing good deeds, striving to further strengthen the ties of friendship between countries and peoples, as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief The Armed Forces of the country, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree «On pardoning foreign citizens convicted on the territory of Turkmenistan».
