In order to further improve the work on the implementation of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025 in the epoch of might and happiness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers to conclude contracts:

with the company "Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd." (the People's Republic of China) - for the purchase of equipment, software and licenses, transportation, installation, commissioning and technical support for the development of the cellular communication network "Altyn Asyr" in Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz velayats and the city of Ashgabat;

with Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy (the Republic of Finland) - for the purchase of equipment, software and licenses, transportation, installation, commissioning and technical support for the development of the Altyn Asyr cellular network in Lebap and Mary velayats.
