In order to further strengthen the material and technical base of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan in the epoch of might and happiness, to improve their work in growing agricultural products, livestock, poultry and fish farming, as well as establishing the production of various types of products by modernizing the work of subsidiary farms on the basis of modern technologies, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, ordering to create an Economic Department of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country under the State Border Service of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the document, the military and law enforcement agencies of the country, together with the Ministry of Adalat, are instructed to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from the Resolution within three months.
