In order to implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, create favorable conditions for a healthy life, modern education and upbringing, the formation of the young generation as specialists with a broad outlook, well versed in innovative technologies, as well as the consistent strengthening of the material and technical base of the system Education The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Ministry of Education to conclude contracts:

- with the individual enterprise “Ajaýyp-gurluşyk” for the overhaul of the Palace “Döwletliler köşgi” named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Ashgabat;

- with the individual enterprise “Myhmansöýer” for a major overhaul in the building of secondary school №27 named after Berdimuhamet Annayev in the village of Yzgant, Gokdepe etrap, Ahal velayat.

The document prescribes to start work in June 2022 and to hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in August 2022.
