Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on S.G.Malikgulyev.

In accordance with paragraph 16 of article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and article 16 of the law of Turkmenistan “On the office of public prosecutor”, I decree that:

Junior judicial counsellor Malikgulyev Serdar Gurbangulyevich is appointed Attorney General of Turkmenistan and released from his post of attorney of Ashgabat city.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed the Resolution to release Deputy Attorney General of Turkmenistan, head of the Central Department, senior judicial counsellor Begmyradov Begmyrat Meretdurdyevich from the post of acting Attorney General of Turkmenistan.

By the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Minister of National Security Annayev Gurbanmyrat Kakamyradovich was given a reprimand for improper fulfilment of his duties and shortcomings made in his work.

By the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan, Secretary of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan Gundogdyev Begench Atayevich was given a reprimand for improper fulfilment of his duties and shortcomings made in his work.
