In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, I decide:

assign the special military rank of police colonel to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, police lieutenant colonel Hydyrov Muhammet Allamyradovich.
