Given the centuries-old fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and the State of Palestine as well as the by-now achieved level of mutual understanding and trust, to create the appropriate conditions for proper organizing the activities of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having instructed the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan, in the generally-admitted order, to make an appropriate contract for accommodating the above-mentioned Embassy in our capital. *** To observe the Law of Turkmenistan - «On fire safety», President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Army General Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations of the State Fire Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in association with Adalat Ministry, within one-month space, is to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration the proposals on introducing into Turkmenistan’s legislation the amendments which ensue from the within-said Resolution. *** In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan «On licensing certain types of activity», «On fire safety», as well as to ensure observance of the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan №13180 «On organizational improvement of licensing activity in Turkmenistan» (August 23, 2013), President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations on licensing the activity in the field of fire safety. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on decorating pensioner F.Aliyeva with “Garaşsyz Türkmenistana bolan beýik söýgüsi üçin” order of Turkmenistan. The reason for this award was her long-term conscientious, self-sacrificing work and especially outstanding merits for our sovereign state and nation exhibited in her personal contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, for encouraging advancement of the national culture and art, cultural ties between Turkmenistan and other countries, worthy upbringing of the young generation. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan to make and finance the contract with the Turkish Company “Gap Inşaat Ýatirim ve Diş Ticaret A.Ş.” for purchasing of the complexes of industrial and laboratory equipment used for production of electronic electricity consumption meters and spare parts for them. The contract also includes implementation of assembling, mounting and commissioning works.
