In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”, attract investments into the country’s economy, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Trust Management of State Property”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for transferring state property to trust management on a competitive basis.
