In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”, I hereby resolve to:

appoint 1st class lawyer Orazov Didar Sukhanberdievich the Dashoguz Velayat Prosecutor, releasing him from the post of Deputy Prosecutor of the Akhal Velayat;

appoint 1st class lawyer Tashliev Begli Tashlievich the Prosecutor of Turkmenabat for supervising the compliance with laws in correctional institutions;

release Junior Counselor of Justice Garryev Begmyrat Nuryagdyevich from the post of Dashoguz Velayat Prosecutor due to the expiration of the term of office;

release Junior Counselor of Justice Annamyradov Ahmet Berdimyradovich from the post of Prosecutor of Turkmenabat for supervising the compliance with laws in correctional institutions due to the expiration of the term of office.
