In the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, workers of culture and art work diligently and hard to make a great contribution to popularizing the enormous success and progress in our country, the high world prestige of our state, and revealing the essence and content of the ongoing progressive transformations.

For a significant contribution to development of the song and musical art of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan, taking into account the great services performed for the state and people due to the high performing and professional skills, many years of honest creative work, I I hereby resolve to:
