With a view of creation of favourable conditions of celebration of the New Year holiday and good recreation of population, as well as in accordance with part 2 of article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
1. To transfer the day-off of January 1, 2023 to January 2– Monday.
2. To ensure fulfilment of the given Decree by institutions, enterprises and organizations irrespective of their forms of ownership.
