In order to efficiently use the industrial capacities of enterprises under the Ministry of Textile Industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to sell the fixed volume of various types of cotton fibre to the Ministry of Textile Industry at relevant prices for industrial processing.

In order to further promote the cultural relations between the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Member States in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State and to orderly conduct of solemn celebrations and events on the occasion of declaration of Anev city the “Cultural Capital of the Turkic World” in 2024, the decision of which was made at the 39th meeting of the Permanent Council of Ministers of Culture of TURKSOY Member States in the city of Bursa (Turkey) on November 5, 2022, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution according to which the relevant organizing committee was established and its staff and Plan for upcoming solemn celebrations and events were approved.

Ministries and departments under to the Ministry of Culture jointly with khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city are assigned to ensure a high level of organization of solemn celebrations and events envisaged in the Plan.

In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan «On water» with a view of reasonable and rational use of water resources of the country, the President of Türkmenistan signed the Decree to approve the limit volume of water consumption by velayats and etraps in 2023.
