In accordance with article 81 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan enacts:

To confer the military rank of general of the army on President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov Serdar Gurbangulyevich.
