With a view of further glorification of great achievements, grandiose successes, historical transformations in all fields of the independent neutral state, wellbeing of our society, happy life of the youth, wide popularization of a historical significance of large-scale reforms implemented in the country and large projects in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State as well as on the occasion of declaration of the motto of the year 2023 “The Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to approve the Plan of events marked to hold on the occasion of declaration of the motto of the year 2023 –“The Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”.

The document also obliges the Ministry of Education, other relevant ministries and departmental sectors, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city to ensure a high level of organization of events planned in the above-mentioned Plan.
