In order to successfully solve the tasks provided by the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”, to preserve the purity of the breed and increase the number of horses that are the national heritage of the Turkmen people, comprehensive training on a scientific basis of specialized qualified specialists in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, I decree:

1. To establish the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annaev.

2. To transfer the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev to the jurisdiction of the Türkmen Atlary State Association.

3. To assign the relevant Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan and the Director General of the Türkmen Atlary State Association control over the implementation of this Decree.
