The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree

In order to successfully implement the country's investment plans, qualitatively complete the construction of large industrial and social facilities, scheduled for commissioning in 2023, on time, create new jobs in the regions, as well as further improve the social and living conditions and welfare of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, in accordance with which the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, hakims of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat are ordered to control the high-quality completion of the construction and commissioning of the relevant large industrial and social facilities in 2023.

The document also instructs the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to strengthen control over the quality of construction of the above facilities, as well as, in accordance with the deadlines, set the dates for their commissioning by months and ensure that these dates are included in the monthly schedules for events and the opening of social facilities.
