The head of state signed the Decree on the creation of the Arkadag TV channel

In order to prepare highly professional programs that skillfully reveal and promote the great deeds and achievements of our independent neutral state of Turkmenistan, including in the city of Arkadag, bringing them to the people through television channels, as well as improving the efficiency of Turkmen television, further improving the activities of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting  and cinematography The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, in accordance with which the Arkadag TV channel of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography was created, which will start broadcasting from September 2023 at 15 hours a day.

The document also approved the structure of the central office of the above-mentioned State Committee.

The document instructs the State Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on introducing amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.
