In order to further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat, create optimal conditions for living and recreation of the population in the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude relevant additional agreements to contracts for design and construction with landscaping of the adjacent territory 23 nine-story modern houses and a park in the metropolitan residential area Parahat-7, along with utilities and roads, concluded in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1203 “On the construction of modern residential buildings and a park in the city of Ashgabat” dated April 11, 2019.
