With a view of successful implementation of the goals set before the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association, further augmentation of international recognition of Akhal-Teke horses and development of art of horse breeding, expansion of global mutually beneficial cooperation between hose breeders, increase in the number of members of the Association, introduction of advanced experience widely in the sector of horse breeding and also according to the minutes of the board of the Association, President of Association Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed Resolutions:

- on admission of corresponding citizens of Turkmenistan into the membership of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association;

- on admission of corresponding citizens of foreign countries intro the membership of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association;

- on organization of the ХIV meeting of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association in April, 2024 in Ashgabat city.

With a view of achievement of spiritual and physical health of population, considerable improvement of state of health, increase of well-being of citizens and prolongation of human life expectancy during the Era of Rival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, according to which, the National Program to ensure the healthy well-being of the population in Turkmenistan for 2023-2028 and the Action Plan for its implementation were approved and also the Inter-departmental coordination commission for realisation of the National program was set up and its structure was approved.

The document obliges profile ministries, departments, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city to provide realisation of the National program.
