In accordance with article 54 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court”, I decree to:

appoint Maksat Khojamyradovich Herraev as the Chairman of the Arkadag City Court;

appoint Gurbanseyidov Tuvakmammet Gurbanseyidovich as Deputy Chairman of the Arkadag City Court;

appoint Annajahan Gurbanmyradovna Orazova as a judge of the Berkararlyk Etrap Court of Ashgabat city, relieving her of the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Arkadag City Court.
