By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service, Lieutenant Colonel Amanmuhammet Shyhgulyevich Sazakov was entrusted with the temporary performance of the duties of the Chairman of the State Migration Service.

The Decree of the President of Turkmenistan approved Resolution # 7/1 of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan dated July 10, 2023 on the dismissal of Dovletgeldi Jumadurdyevich Rejepov from the posts of Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Merdanbeg Artyknazarovich Piriev was appointed as Vice-Rector of the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding for Scientific Work with his dismissal from the post of Vice-rector of the S.A.Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University for Scientific Work.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the deputy khyakim of Balkan velayat, Annaev Jumanazar, was released from the temporary duties of the khyakim of the Balkan velayat.

In accordance with the Sanitary Code, the Laws of Turkmenistan “On the Protection of Citizens’ Health” and “On the Prevention of Infectious Diseases”, as well as in order to protect the country’s territory from the import and spread of infectious diseases, improve sanitary quarantine and medical control, taking into account international requirements, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree approving the Rules of sanitary protection of the territory of Turkmenistan.

The document prescribes relevant ministries and departments, local executive authorities to ensure compliance with the above-mentioned Rules.

In accordance with article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution “On amendments and additions to some Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan”.

The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving the composition of the State Commission for Admission to Higher and Secondary Vocational Educational Institutions of Turkmenistan in 2023.

The above-mentioned State Commission is assigned to carry out organizational and methodological guidance for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the country in 2023 and organize its conduct in accordance with the established procedure.

The khyakimliks of the velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities are instructed to create the necessary conditions for the proper activities of the working commissions for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving the plan of admission to higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2023 in velayats and Ashgabat city, as well as the plan of admission to secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2023.

Higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan are ordered to organize admission to study in the period July 17 – August 28, 2023 and conduct entrance exams at their locations.

In order to train state leaders and employees for central and local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, as well as masters in accordance with international standards in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving:

the plan of admission of students to retraining courses for government officials (duration of training – two academic years) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for government officials (training period – five months) Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for civil servants in commercial arbitration (training period – four months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for employees of local executive authorities and local self-government (training period – two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year;

admission plan on a fee paid basis for a master’s degree course (duration of study – from one to two academic years) Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year;

the order of organization of entrance examinations for admission of students to the courses of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2023/2024 academic year.
