By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the head of the State Agency for the Management of Highway Construction, Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldiyevich, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening control over subordinate structures, and shortcomings in the road construction work carried out in our capital - the city of Ashgabat.
