In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:

agree with the proposal of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to relieve Serdar Gurbangulyyevich Malikgulyyev from the post of Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan.
