We highly appreciate the dedicated work of skilled carpet weavers who weave world-famous carpets.

For great merits in the development of the national art of carpet weaving in the independent neutral Fatherland, glorification in the world of the unsurpassed beauty and filigree of Turkmen carpets, which are the pride of our people, finishing carpets with artistic ornaments, taking into account many years of conscientious and dedicated work, professionalism, as well as on the occasion of the Turkmen Carpet Festival, I decree :
