In order to further develop the domestic education system and consistently strengthen its material and technical base, successfully solve the tasks defined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, as well as enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the capital in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude a contract with the IE «Derýa gurluşyk» for the design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of a comprehensive school for 720 students in the capital's residential complex Parahat-7.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in September 2024 and to hand over the facility with full readiness for operation in September 2026.
