Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Mongolia, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Mongolian people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.
