It is prescribed to hold the international competition «Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy» in Ashgabat

In order to further enhance the world fame of the Turkmen Alabay - the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №2222 «On holding competitions on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday» dated 9th of April, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order ordering that on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday, on the 27th of October, 2024, in the city of Ashgabat, the International Competition «Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy» be held, as well as competitions among carpet makers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishing workers and television cameramen for the artistic display of the image of Turkmen Alabay in works of fine and decorative and applied art, publishing products, in photographs, on television channels, approving the composition of the jury of the above competitions.
