By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:

1st class lawyer Magtymov Annageldi Akmammedovich was appointed military prosecutor of the Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Mammedov Mammet Aymyradovich was appointed military prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat;

2nd class lawyer Pirmammedov Pirmammet Aymuhammedovich was appointed military prosecutor of the Mary velayat;

1st class lawyer Gurbanov Akynyyaz Allamyradovich was appointed deputy prosecutor of the city of Ashgabat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Avaza etrap of the city of Turkmenbashy of the Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Dovletgeldiyev Serdar Dovletgeldiyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat;

1st class lawyer Shamyradov Parahat Bayrambayevich was appointed prosecutor of the Babadayhan etrap of the Ahal velayat;

2nd class lawyer Hojageldiyev Kakajan Aydogdyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Avaza etrap of the city of Turkmenbashy of the Balkan velayat;

2nd class lawyer Gurbanberdi Hudaygulyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Magtymguly etrap of the Balkan velayat;

2nd class lawyer Shyhnazarov Azat Myratgeldiyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Gorogly etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

1st class lawyer Nuralyyev Nurmuhammet Yagshymammedovich was appointed prosecutor of the Koytendag etrap of the Lebap velayat;

2nd class lawyer Nazarov Sahetguly Rahmangulyyevich has been appointed prosecutor of the Murgap etrap of the Mary velayat;

2nd class lawyer Annayev Palvan Jumageldiyevich has been appointed prosecutor of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Atayev Arazgeldi Ashyrdurdyyevich has been relieved of his post as military prosecutor of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Hojayev Oraz Osmanovich has been relieved of his post as military prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Justice Advisor Baymuhammedov Dovranmuhammet Ashyrmuhammedovich has been relieved of his post as military prosecutor of the Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Yakup Atamyradovich Ovezov was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Babadayhan etrap of the Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Aman Gurtgeldiyevich Nuryyev was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Magtymguly etrap of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Nurmuhammet Meretseyidovich Saparlyyev was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Gorogly etrap of the Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Batyr Dadebayevich Ashyrkulyyev was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Koytendag etrap of the Lebap velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Annagurdov Kerven Kyyasmuhammedovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Murghab etrap of the Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Atalakov Ovezmyrat Begjanovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Durdyyev Didar Babajanovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat.
